Mercies in the Morning

From springtime 2001 for one year, I offered a recorded radio program from 8:30 to 9:00 on Sunday mornings on WSNJ, Bridgeton, New Jersey. It was entitled, "Mercies in the Morning," taken from the theme-hymn that opened and closed the program, "Great Is Thy Faithfulness," by Thomas Chisholm. The topics for each week were based on the "Alphabytes" from The Bible Through the Seasons. These object meditations were given titles that move alphabetically two times through the fifty-two weeks in a year with sensitivity to following the solar and sacred seasons, just as the Bible plan itself.

The narrative portions of the half-hour programs are recorded and listed below, with suggested dates for listening for the weeks in the summer of 2009. May they be a blessing to you.
